Ferrets needing special attention
We do have some ferrets that have been in the rescue for a while and are overlooked because they can be nippy.
Now most of these would respond well to further intense handling which is difficult to do in a busy rescue, so we are looking for any experienced ferret owners with a spare hutch/ cage who could take a pair/group for some 1:1 attention which would increase their chances or being permanently rehomed.
It would take maybe up to a month, so would involve no long term commitments. We would pay for their food and any vets bills that would be incurred, although all are neutered and in good health so shouldnt need any other than emergency medical intervention.
I know there are many people out there who would be able to put their years of experience to good use, especially if they feel they could not permanently rehome for us.
