We all know how long the queues can be for registration at shows and how frustrating it can be especially if you are behind someone with a large number of ferrets to register.
We've looked to try to alleviate the problem this year at the annual show at Crook by offering the extra advantage of preshow registration by email. Normal registration facilities will be available as usual.
What do I have to do?
A special email has been set up specifically for the event.
All you need to do is send an email with your name, the name of the ferret(s) and the class(es) they are to be entered in. All the information will be processed and you will recieve a confirmation with your ferrets class number alongside its details.
On the day of the show bring a copy of your confirmation email and pay at a fast track desk. Its as simple as that!
So what happens if a preregistered ferret is unable to enter on the day?
We can amend the records to remove a ferret on the day of the show quite easily, and we can easily alter the details of a change within the same class.
For example, albino hob Snowy has preregistered but isnt able to be shown on the day. We can remove his name or swap for another albino hob you may wish to put in his place.
I wish to add a ferret to a different class to the ones I've preregistered?
Send an email stating the addition to the registration email address. The details will be amended.
What if I decide on the day to add another ferret and I have preregistered?
Just queue at the normal registration desk and register the extra ferret in the standard way
Whats the latest you can preregister?
We can take preregistrations until 4pm on Saturday 3rd March
